Local 94 is committed to the health and wellbeing of its members and their families. In today’s world, it is more important than ever to take care of yourself and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Please join us for a 5-part Wellness Webinar Series encompassing topics such as Preventive Health, Exercise, Nutrition, Sleep and Managing Back Pain.

This series will be presented by Keith Winick, Local 94’s Health and Wellness Coordinator. Each session will be 30 minutes and offered at multiple times to accommodate different schedules.
