Political Action Committee (PAC)
The Local 94 PAC Fund was created and is maintained to support politicians who campaign for legislation favorable to labor.
REMEMBER TO VOTE - FRIDAY, OCTOBER 13TH IS THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER TO VOTE!
This is an extremely important vote. All those members who live in New York State need to get out and vote NO for proposition #1 regarding the Constitutional Convention. You must mark "NO" on the back of the ballot. If this initiative passes it would have a dramatic impact on current Labor Protections and will likely impact all Union and Non Union workers and their families in the entire state. Learn more about the Constitutional Convention or to see a Sample Ballot.
Let your voice be heard; register to vote and say NO to the Constitutional Convention.

Why do I owe dues if I am on Dues Checkoff?
If you signed up for dues check-off, your monthly dues should be automatically withdrawn from your paycheck and sent by your employer to Local 94. However, sometimes an employer may not withhold your dues or your employer may withhold an incorrect amount. If this happens, you as the member are responsible for any unpaid dues, unless you can provide a copy of your paystub showing that your dues were withheld by your employer. If that happens, the Union will pursue the matter with your employer directly, and you are not responsible for paying any unpaid dues.
