Sele-Dent will be available to answer your dental benefit questions. There will be refreshments and giveaways, too!
You can get more information about the dental benefit improvements that went into effect earlier this year:
- Significantly larger Sele-Dent network that includes all specialties, such as Endodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery (the list in the PDF is just a small sample; visit Sele-Dent to find providers in the PPO network)
- No co-payments on any preventative or diagnostic covered procedures, such as exams or cleanings, with Sele-Dent participating providers
- Orthodontic retainer coverage: $500 reimbursement for in- and out-of-network providers for eligible dependents under the age of 19, once per lifetime
- Periodontal cleanings or prophylaxis coverage once per calendar year
- Cone beam x-ray coverage once every three years
These improvements are part of our ongoing commitment to ensure that you have access to the highest quality dental services. With more participating providers, you will now have greater flexibility, convenience, and options for all your dental needs.
